本案位于北京，是一个2500平方米的楼王别墅项目。 我们将国际审美与东方美学融为一体，表达新一代的老钱风。 是积淀后的松弛和从容，是由内而外的高品质的时尚生活方式。随意中带着文化底蕴与艺术气息，这种精致感不会让人眼前一亮，却能让人印象深刻，透露着不露深色的贵气。
This project is located in Beijing and is a 2,500-square-meter villa project. We integrate international aesthetics with oriental aesthetics to express the new-generation old-money style. It is the relaxation and composure after accumulation, and a high-quality fashionable lifestyle from the inside out. It is casual yet rich in cultural heritage and artistic atmosphere. This kind of refinement does not catch the eye at first glance, but leaves a deep impression, exuding an understated elegance.

中心化的设计手法，灰咖色的木质搭配暖灰色的艺术漆，自然温润的洞石，米白色的minotti家具，黑色点缀，让整个空间既有“礼”的秩序感，也有“乐”的浪漫雅致。
The centralized design approach, with the combination of gray-brown wood and warm gray art paint, natural and warm travertine, off-white Minotti furniture, and black accents, endows the entire space with both the sense of order of "ritual" and the romantic elegance of "music".
