“建筑是人与自然对话的媒介,光、材料与空间韵律,共同书写永恒的诗篇。”——安藤忠雄。
本案位于青岛的家具商场内,是一家高端木作品牌打造的全新经营模式的旗舰店。随着互联网的发展和疫情的影响,以及整体家居市场的变迁,人们选择和购买家具的方式也发生了很大改变。传统的销售模式已经无法满足现代消费者的需求,品牌也面临着新的时代命题。

The case is located in Qingdao furniture store, is a high end wood brand to create a new business model of the flagship store. With the development of the Internet and the impact of the epidemic, as well as the changes in the overall home market, the way people choose and buy furniture has also changed greatly. The traditional sales model has been unable to meet the needs of modern consumers, and the brand is also facing a new era proposition.

我们设计这个项目的初衷是打造一种全新的商业模式,以建筑语言重塑品牌叙事,将产品陈列升华为生活哲学的具象表达。由于自然客流的缺失和自媒体的引流,以及行业流量带来的客户对品牌的了解有限,因此我们更加注重空间的氛围和品牌气质,从而带来沉浸式的品牌体验。
We designed this project with the intention of creating a new business model, reshaping the brand narrative in the language of architecture and elevating the product display into a concrete expression of the philosophy of life. Due to the lack of natural passenger flow and the diversion of we-media, as well as the limited understanding of the brand brought by the industry traffic, we pay more attention to the atmosphere and brand temperament of the space, so as to bring an immersive brand experience.

为此,我们在商场里插入了一栋带有内外花园和私人居住功能的建筑。采用现代建筑的方式表达中国传统园林的“移步异景”,形成严谨而丰富变化的空间关系。
To this end, we inserted a building in the mall with an internal and external garden and private living functions. Modern architecture is used to express the "changing scenery" of traditional Chinese gardens, forming a rigorous and rich spatial relationship.

认识事物通常是由表及里的,因此营造引人入胜的空间序幕是商业展厅设计中非常重要的一环。我们在商场过道和建筑之间设计了一段现代园林,由里而外既起到了与外部环境隔离的作用,也起到了方向性的引导作用。
Understanding things is usually from the outside to the inside, so creating an attractive space prelude is a very important part of the design of commercial exhibition halls. We designed a modern garden between the aisle and the building, which from the inside out acts as both an isolation from the external environment and a directional guide.




入口处以玻璃围合的70㎡西厨空间,以纯白色橱柜构建视觉焦点,裸露的原始结构柱与光影交织,形成现代极简与工业美学的碰撞。此处的“留白”手法,暗合中国园林“欲扬先抑”的意境。
At the entrance, the 70-square-meter west kitchen space enclosed by glass is built with pure white cabinets as the visual focus. The exposed original structural columns are interwoven with light and shadow, forming a collision of modern minimalism and industrial aesthetics. The technique of "leaving white" here coincides with the artistic conception of "wanting to advance and suppress" in Chinese gardens.



室内园林的停留空间,我们通过地台抬升与材质切换,引导观者步入由商场过道蜕变的“现代园林”——蜿蜒路径、虚实隔断与移步异景的布局,既强化了庭院和建筑的区别,打造出仿佛进入家庭生活场景的建筑空间,从而带来沉浸式的体验感,亦是对传统园林“可行可望可游可居”的空间转译。
In the staying space of the interior garden, we guide the audience into the "modern garden" transformed from the shopping mall corridor through the platform lifting and material switching. The layout of winding path, virtual and real partition and different scenery not only strengthens the difference between the courtyard and the building, but also creates the architectural space as if entering the family life scene, thus bringing the immersive experience. It is also a spatial translation of the traditional garden "feasible and expected to be able to travel and live".



电视柜的样式以蒙德里安的绘画为灵感进行创意设计。客厅空间还插入了具有古典意味的洞石饰面建筑,丰富了空间的层次感。现代极简的风格中融入了浪漫主义情怀,希望能与体验者产生情感共鸣,增强体验感。
The style of the TV cabinet is inspired by Mondrian's paintings. The living room space is also inserted with a classical sense of cave stone facade, which enriches the sense of hierarchy of space. The modern minimalist style integrates romantic feelings, hoping to generate emotional resonance with the experiencer and enhance the sense of experience.

隐藏在暗门后的茶室空间别有洞天。模拟自然光的软膜光和园林的介入,使这一封闭空间显得更为通透自然,即使长时间停留也不会感到压抑。
Hidden behind a secret door, the tearoom space is remarkable. The soft film light simulating natural light and the intervention of the garden make this closed space appear more transparent and natural, and even if you stay for a long time, you will not feel depressed.







87 平方米的主卧套间,首先映入眼帘的是可调光颜色的软膜发光顶,模拟的自然光营造出松弛感。深色的拼花木地板和定制的开敞式现代衣柜背景图案,打破了传统柜体的单一的极简现代性,丰富了空间的情感和趣味性,并让整个空间氛围华丽且有张力。
In the 87-square-meter master suite, the first thing you see is a soft-film light-emitting ceiling in a dimmable color that simulates natural light to create a sense of relaxation. The dark parquet wood floor and customized open modern wardrobe background pattern break the simple modernity of traditional cabinets, enrich the emotion and interest of the space, and make the whole space atmosphere gorgeous and have tension.

在新零售业态以“超级体验中心”重构消费场景的当下,本案另辟蹊径:不以产品堆砌制造视觉轰炸,而是通过建筑空间的起承转合,唤醒观者对“栖居本质”的思考。
At the moment when the new retail format reconstructs the consumption scene with the "super experience center", this case takes a new path: not to create visual bombardment by stacking products, but to awaken the viewer's thinking about the "essence of dwelling" through the transition and integration of the architectural space.

设计师文武的“空间思维”恰如一场精妙的辩证---不一味追求现代简约,也不局限于某种特定风格,而是从商业角度出发,推演出体验性。通过建筑空间性的语言塑造空间的骨架,运用抽象的装饰设计手法丰富空间的人文主义情怀,与来访的人产生情感共鸣,这是设计师文武想要表达的空间思维。
Designer Wenwu's "space thinking" is just like a subtle dialectic - not blindly pursuing modern simplicity, nor limited to a particular style, but from a commercial point of view, to promote the performance of experience. By shaping the skeleton of the space through architectural spatial language, using abstract decorative design techniques to enrich the humanistic feelings of the space, and creating emotional resonance with visitors, this is the spatial thinking that designers Wenwu want to express.
