这是一个 2500 ㎡双拼改独栋的项目，地下两层，地上三层，当看到设计师为其改造的平面方案之后，业主对于新家表现出无比得盼望和期待，我想这是对于一个室内设计师最好的褒奖。

我们并不想用奢华来绝对定义这个项目，尽管它营造了一种贵族的生活氛围。一个有生命的设计，应该包含对建筑的理解，对文化的思考，以及对居住者在空间中所产生的细微情感变化的关怀。它代表着对生活方式的追求，是一种自然的精神层面的享受。

我们从厚重的历史中获取新的灵感，设计理念既有对古典主义风格的致敬，亦有当代风格的设计语境表达，精心打造出这套当代新古典代表作品。

This is a 2500 square meters of double remodeling single house project, two floors underground, three floors above the ground, when seeing the designer for its transformation of the plan, the owner for the new home showed very much hope and expectation, I think this is the best reward for an interior designer.

We don't want to define this project absolutely by luxury, although it creates an aristocratic atmosphere of living. A living design should include an understanding of architecture, a consideration of culture, and a concern for the subtle emotional changes generated by the occupants in the space. It represents the pursuit of life style, is a natural spiritual level of enjoyment.

We get new inspiration from the thick history, the design concept is not only a tribute to the classical style, but also a contemporary style of design context expression, carefully created this set of contemporary neoclassical representative works.

公共空间的的整体氛围偏向新古典，现代感的氛围中突出古典的元素和细节，天花上的古罗马浮雕吸睛却不喧宾夺主，颇有些历史的厚重感，给空间带来沉稳的体验感受。黑色凸显艺术和时尚的气质，作为空间的点缀，极具艺术张力，与金色搭配，华丽的感觉衬托出楼王别墅的气质，在这里显得尤为妥帖。

The overall atmosphere of the public space is neoclassical, with classical elements and details highlighted in a modern atmosphere. The ancient Roman reliefs on the ceiling are eye-catching but not overwhelming. they have a sense of historical heaviness, giving the space a calm experience. Black highlights the artistic and fashionable temperament. As an embellishment of the space, it has great artistic tension. When paired with gold, the gorgeous feeling sets off the temperament of the King's Villa, which is particularly appropriate here.

客厅挑空 6.5 米，空间气质优雅时尚，客厅中间两根石柱奠定了整个空间的沉稳基调，借用原始建筑中的横梁做出欧洲古典的恢弘气势，柱式来源于设计师的原创，灵感来自 Art Deco 不拘一格的“装饰属性”。

The living room has a 6.5-meter-high ceiling and is elegant and stylish. The two stone pillars in the middle of the living room set the calm tone for the entire space. The beams in the original building are used to create a grand European classical atmosphere. The column style is original to the designer and inspired by the unconventional "decorative attributes" of Art Deco.

给健身空间配备了独立的酒吧休闲区域，墙面采用奢石材质，白天肌理凸显质感，夜晚灯光亮起，独有一番魅力。虽然是在地下二层，但所有居住者活动的区域都有光的陪伴，使用起来非常舒适。

The fitness space is equipped with an independent bar lounge area. The wall is made of luxurious stone. The texture highlights the texture during the day and lights up at night, which has a unique charm. Although it is on the second underground floor, all areas where residents move around are accompanied by light, which is very comfortable to use.

居住者是一位性格阳光、时尚、理性、酷劲十足的18岁男孩。整体空间现代、简约。黑白灰的用色，烟熏木、编织皮质、铜、不锈钢镜面，营造出国际时尚并精致高级的氛围。

The resident is a sunny, fashionable, rational, cool 18-year-old boy. The overall space is modern and simple. The color of black, white and gray, smoked wood, woven leather, copper, stainless steel mirror, create an international fashion and sophisticated atmosphere.

打破传统围合式的空间布局。各功能空间保持自我和独立的同时，可以无界限的穿插，让居住者享受松弛生活的同时，也能感受到设计的独特魅力。

Break the traditional enclosed space layout. While maintaining self and independence, each functional space can be interspersed without boundaries, allowing residents to enjoy a relaxed life and feel the unique charm of the design.
